The newest product from IAG emission prevention is the DLS modular nozzle pipe system, enabling the binding of dust in a flexible manner with almost unlimited options for use. The system can be fitted according to individual requirements depending on the use. Depending on the water output, the DLS nozzle pipe system is suitable for water sprays or for creating fog walls. This emission prevention system can be employed flexibly and installed directly at or over sources of dust, such as loading stations, transfer points, conveyor belts or passages, in order to reduce considerably the emissions occurring in such areas.

DLS is designed as a modular system, allowing it to be adapted without difficulty to meet varying requirements in terms of water output, pipe length and pipe fitting. The water supply can be regulated either manually (by means of a ball cock) or automatically with the aid of a solenoid valve. An automated version can also be realized in combination with light curtains or induction strips.
